Scripts to manage VPN accounts on CENT OS

We need 3 shell scripts that would do the following on a freshly installed server with CENT OS 5 with multiple public IPs: 1. shell script to create a PPTP vpn account on the server having as input parameters a username, a password and an IP. Note 1: vpn users logged in will always use the IP provided at account creation when the user is connected Note 2: there can be multiple users assigned per IP 2. shell script to delete a PPTP vpn account created with the above script having as input parameters the username 3. shell script to install all required software for scripts 1 and 2 to work that is not present in the default CENT OS 5 distribution The deliverables are the above 3 shell scripts, the payment will only be released after the scripts are tested and found to be working.
