Where are they currently staying? Which hosting will you migrate to? Have the accounts in the new hosting already been created? Will it be necessary to install and configure the sql server? I currently have 5 Microsoft certifications, I have 20 years of experience in computing, working with development and infra, joining the 2 and seeing the result of several technologies together is simply fantastic.

I have done many server migrations of very complex enterprise systems. I can do this for you but for a cut above what you are offering. Even if you don't go for me, I would advise you not to go for anyone who's offering you very low bids. Good skill and experience doesn't come cheap. Hope we can work together on this. Waffles I can do that. I need one day to copy website and database. Then you will do regression testing and sign-off. After that, I will re-sync database on new server and update dns records. Just after updating DNS records, I will set redirect on old servers. So clients with old IP address ( cached in local DNS ) will be redirected to new server, without downtime for your website. I have been working for more than 12 years as technical engineer with a world renowned company whose sole business is to provide Web control panel named Hosting Controller to clients for both Windows and Linux platforms using same single GUI and during my job, I have worked with thousands of live Webserver of clients in migrating their websites from one machine to another. Things which will be done for this project are: 1) You will provide Remote Server access of both old and new server. 2) We will install same SQL Server version on new machine as installing older version of MSSQL on the new machine will not allow to restore SQL Databases. 3) We will then create websites on NEW Server in IIS and copy the files to the Home Directory of the websites. 4) In the next step, we can then put the record of websites in the host file to check if everything is working fine by browsing the websites. 5) Now as last step, we will finally change the record in Public DNS to point the A record of websites to the new Webserver. This task will be completed hopefully in 24 hours but in order to check if all websites are functioning properly, we will monitor for next 24 hours to ensure all things are in proper shape.
