Telegram fake virtual member

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. Dear Programmer Greeting We need your help for programming an application. Project details: An application for creating fake members in the well-known messaging app, Telegram (website address: [login to view URL]). - The application should have the following capabilities: 1. Creating a certain number of virtual numbers permenent (for instance, 1 million members and higher). 2. Registering these numbers in Telegram. 3. Joining them to the specified channels wich specified number (without any limitations on number of channels). 4. Viewing (visiting) all published posts of all channels (with an adjustable speed).
