simple .net text replacement app

app is a simple .net app that does the following: 1.1) removes any text on line 1 in each article from article directory) 1.2) Inserts 1 line of title from the title-file (it must only use a given title-line 1 time) 1.3) App then makes file "un-used titles" for those titles (if any) that exceeded number of articles in the article folder. 1.4) If there are more articles than titles - then app must write: "number of articles exceeds the number of lines of titles. Please add more titles and then run again". 1.5) If line number 2 (line number two) in the article file has/contains text (if line 2 is not empty) then app inserts an empty line and moves down the text from line 2 so line number 2 is empty (so output is that: A) line 1 contains title B) line 2 must be empty C) line 3 and downward is where the articles text then is). 1.6) App must support both UTF-8 files as well as ANSI files (Windows format). Please note that some files (file 1-3) contain Russian, chinese, japanese language so app must support non-english characters. Enclosed are needed test files. USAGE: 2.1) User starts the program by clicking the exe file. 2.2) User clicks at the folder which contains the articles - as well as points to the file that contains the titel file. 2.3) User clicks "start" butto and then app starts
