Dear Bidder Thanks for the interest in this project. To prove that you are qualified for this project, please answer the queries below while you bid. 1) Please break down the price and time frame separately for the image processing core and developing the GUI. 2) I also like to hear about your methodology and algorithm you consider for this project. For example, how to close the open contour (border) where there is an opening, and how it is done automatically regarding a wide range of IVUS images, in some the lumen is very visible while in others it is rather unclear. 3) Please offer a preliminary result of detected lumen for one IVUS and one TVC frames. The payment gets higher if you offer this item. 4) Present any similar project if you have done already. The updated proposal with new links are attached.

Hello! I've a great interest in this project as a proficient Computer Vision expert who have heavy experiences in Image Processing & Pattern Recognition. Although I can't explain exactly what approaches I'll use, I think I can achieve this goal by applying some Frequency Analysis approach. Usually, lumens are brighter than surroundings. Utilizing fft or wavelet, we can eliminate most of parts while keep lumen. And if we apply some image filters to emphasize edge and detect contours, we can get rough contour i think. And then we can link those contours introducing some interpolation algos. Anyway, I feel confident that can fulfill your requirements at high level. hi 1. GUI will take 2-3days 2. Very fast edge detector (up to 60 fps) toolbox setup will take around 10days. my price is fixed for this project as there are lots of sources available for this. and higher price doesn't deserve for this project as its development is huge, so wasting big amount on this is unnecessary. thank you
