Glass drawing and ordering software ...

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using C or C++. It does not matter what software you use as long it does what I need it to do. So I want the software to do the following to have the order sheet and that sheet will be emailed to glass supplier, with all the shapes and measurements showing and cutout as examples on the other pictures, some shapes will have power point cutout showing the dimension and those dimensions could be taken from either side left or right but allowed the user to self from which side is for the power point cut out. Example the process is Step 1 user click on create order: Step 2 user fill in the form fields Step 3 user starts to add shapes from the list Or custom draw the shapes Step 4 : user input the over all parameter or dimensions (when inputting the parameters the software will ask user is this side between walls, open space, restricted by cabinetry, so inputting this information the software will know what formula or deduction is required to do the bellow steps Step 5: button to joint all the shapes together example shape A left hand side will connect to shapes B right hand side and once all these are done the software will draw separate diagram in 3D layout So the new sheet will have all shapes individually layout and below it will have another 3D layout Step 6: so once all the shapes are Drawn and also user inputs which shapes is connected to which sides then user will have button compute then the software will automatically use the formula to make the deduction will generate another sheet showing same shapes with new parameters and it will have all shapes individually and another layout 3D connected Step 7: user save file in pdf format Step 8: if user wants to make changes then simple can upload the pdf back into the software to make the modifications and then save it as new file or save same file With the formula and deduction
