MS Access EDI report using Data from Quick books POS

We use "QuickBooks Point Of Sale V8 Pro Multi Store" for our operation. Overview: Our objective is to produce a CSV file a week, containing the weekly sales data by store, or for selected stores. Our trading weeks start on Sunday through to Saturday (Saturday is the last trading day of the week). Therefore the sales file should contain the Saturday date. For example – if we were to produce a CSV sales file for the week (Sunday 7th September to Saturday 13th September), the date on the sales file would be 20140913. The sales file will need to contain the product EAN numbers. An example of a Sales file is shown in the attachment. Also attached is a copy of the Message Implementation Guide. When multiple sales of the article are made throughout the week – the sale is grouped together (highlighted in blue). The sales value on the left is the total value (39980), the figure on the right is the value of a single unit (19990) Pink = Any store returns are recorded as negative sales – with the corresponding negative sales value. Notes: 1- QuickBooks POS sends the day's sales activities from the branch to the Headquarters station, so we can run the same EOD report from the HQ station with no problem. 2- You can retrieve data from POS using the official free SDK, you need to register though (Visit this link) [login to view URL] 3- QuickBooks Point of Sale is a different product than QuickBooks Financial 6- Don't consider using FlexQuarts ODBC driver. 7- Send me your Skype ID General Thoughts: 1- The QB POS SDK allows you to use a Programming language of your choice (Visual Basic .NET, C++, C#, etc.) 2- Messages to and from QuickBooks can be sent using one of two mechanisms: a- Using the QBPOSXML Request Processor API or b- Using the QuickBooks POS Foundation Class (qbposFC) Library API. 3- I need to have full control on all the databases objects. 4- Please, don't set your bid too high as we are on a limited budget.
