Seriously good ASP.NET web programmers needed

We are looking for a company to work with us and develop a complicated bespoke web project involving shopping carts, user management, multi level email marketing, affilliate's and much more. We are currently in the final stages of designing the look for the website and on acceptance of the project start date we will provide you with html files for EVERY page of the site and a full walk through, documentation etc, so basically all you need to do is make it work, this will save you having to worry about design etc and allow you to do what you are best at - programming! This is a serious project that will have a strict project deadline that will be agreed at point of project agreement, please DO NOT reply if you have NOT built any major sites before as the reliability, security and production of the site is critical. There will be penalties involved if deadlines are not met, but as you have an html page version of the site and walkthrough already you should be able to do this within timescale. We cannot disclose any details of the project just yet due to confidentiality and start date will be in 4-6 weeks from today and we have estimated from past programming jobs that it will take 5-7 weeks to complete. Full details will be released to the chosen company along with confidentiality agreements. At the end of the project we MUST own full source code, and copyright of the application, meaning that it cannon be adapted and used for another company elsewhere. I know price is difficult at this stage as there is no project information but we would like some estimation, so let us know what you would charge for a 6 to 7 week build, make it a worse case scenario. We will also possibly be looking to pay a monthly management fee on top of the project price for you to maintain the security and general maintenance of the site. Remember, we will supply and work with you at every stage to get this project finished and will supply all graphics, artwork anything non programming that’s needed.
