ResourceSpace Integration (CMS Merge Database)

I'd like to integrate ResourceSpace into our current CMS. ResourceSpace is an online library system. We have books, DVDs, videos, and more on ResourceSpace (RS). We also have a few hundred users on our website that have different permissions. We need to use the session cookie from the website and check this session to see what type of account the user has. If they are a free account, they will only get access to 3 files. If they are a basic user, they will get access to about 20 files. If they are a premium users = they will get all DVDs & such. Then, lastly - if they are an admin, they can access the entire site. RS has groups already setup within. We already have the groups setup on our side as well. We just need the program to check a different database to see who the user is and if they have the correct permissions to access content. The website is MOVFitness
