Coder/Scripter needed for classified ad website project

We are looking for someone who can code a script which can copy a 3-6 digit code which is emailed to us from e-voice, then enter it into our windows based program Clad Genius. This is a very simple project and shouldn't take more than 3 hours to complete. Here is an exact break down of how the script should work.
