SVN command-script

Hi, I am a non-programmer needing simple, clear instructions to list all contents of an svn repository, either csv or xml output list of all folders and filenames. My usual process is to log into our corporate vpn, then use Tortoise to check out & commit files. Basically we need to list the contents of all directories without downloading the entire repository.
