Bring recruitment to the next level

What i would like to have in the site - nice graphical layout, must be an eye cather - possibility to login for visitors - some standard pages as company profile, home and contact. - a page with current job opportunities, and past opportunities. Posibility to search trough these opportunities with different criteria (+tags) and to enter new ones - a page with available profiles (+possibility to search idem as opportunities) and possibility to enter new ones. some standard CRM functionalities Visualforce custom layout There should be different roles for the logins, a client that logs in should not have the same opportunities as me.
