We offer health and safety e-learning courses, mainly to the construction industry. They are sold by making contact, getting interest, sending info and/or sample course(s) and following up to gain an order. We know that this takes many, many telephone calls but at least we don't have to try to get through to Directors, as we deal with Health & Safety Officers or Training Managers. What we require is someone who will hit the phones, not be put off by people being out of the office or not interested (luckily there aren't many dinosaurs around though!) and follow up. We will do the admin side of sending info etc. We have a huge CRM system with hundreds of, mainly accurate, contacts. We will give training, although for the telesales purposes, you don't need to know a huge amount about health and safety or construction (but it is a bonus if you do), just the USPs. We are happy to negotiate an hourly rate + commission on sales. It is our 20th Year as from June and so we are marketing a big promotion that will give customers 20% off, so the time is right to follow this up with the telesales effort.

Hi there. My name is Charlene. I do hope that all is well with you. I am very much interested in this project and hope we can discuss further after having read my proposal. I have been a Freelancer for the past 4+ years handling projects such as Data Entry, Admin and a few areas in Sales and Marketing. Before then, I worked 4 years at a law firm doing the duties of a Receptionist, Office Attendant, Legal Clerk and Personal Assistant. I also did 2 years at a Cable, Internet and Phone company (Comcast) as a Customer Account Executive where I handled billing, technical support, etc. I am competent with the use of Microsoft Office, Open Office and have a current typing speed of seventy (70) words per minute with 100% accuracy. I am a very much reliable and ambitious individual with a positive attitude who works sincerely and has great determination to complete task. Hi, Reading through your description made for an exciting read and id be very interested in discussing with you further. I have a small telesales team who are used to working to targets, so i myself am familiar with Scripts / dialers / CRM systems / data and dealing with B2B and B2C customers. i have been working in telesales since 2011. majority of which within the telecoms industry, with some very well known cliient partners like Carphone Warehouse, Plan, EE, Midland Communications, Aerial Direct, so i am also up to speed on UK legislation (ICO / Ofcom) and have our own ICO registration number. also used to having our calls scored to ensure they are clean and not misleading etc. Prior to telesales i spent 15 years working in the construction industry. i worked from apprenitce Electrician, up to Site Manager. Which required me to train in most of the courses your offering..and yes..they were all done in the classroom. i would be happy to put a couple of seats on this for commision only if i thought the comms paid enough. Currently living and working from Spain. al lof our guys are native English speakers, mature, and eager to earn a crust. Thanks for reading. Curtis
