Long term Customer Service and Sales Rep For Real Estate Company

Sales Rep Position This Position will allow you to work from home, and make hourly plus commission. You will gain good experience in Real Estate and will be able to bring this experience elsewhere if needed. There is also huge potential for growth. We Need a helper to answer phone calls, texts, emails and respond to buyers. We Also need someone to follow up with current buyers that opted in to our website. (called our Buyers list) We are a Real estate company looking for long term partners to learn and earn along the way. We sell specifically Rural Vacant Land. We will have training ready to help you learn the process and a script to use when Buyers call. We are slowly defining are prime type of property and customer. Meaning the sales will become easier, and simpler. You will have paid training every Tuesday, and will be in a group call with our Marketers so that we can all understand what's going on. We are paying hourly And once you learn the ropes you will be paid Commission for every sale that goes through. There is also huge room for growth in the company, as we will be doubling our team size, we will need leaders to teach on boarding helpers. We are looking for Bilingual speakers only. You have to speak Clear English, and Fluent Spanish. Any other languages are a plus :) This is a full time position. Our customers tend to ask the same questions over and over, so we are trying to create good materials on solving their issues. The main problems they have are Having time to see the Property Finding the Property ( the biggest issue) Understanding how the process works. And they usually want more photos, videos, links, addresses etc. So we need your help to guide our customers through the process. Once again you will be trained on this. Because of all the rising issues that occur, we get together each week to discuss problems each of us our having. Because sales tends to be connected with marketing and the content we are creating.
