I would like a script written to scrape the database on [login to view URL] and instructions on how to run the script. The data contained on this website is free and public, but is summarised in a way prohibitive to further analysis. I assume this can be done with the Python and Beautiful Soup, but open to any particular methods the freelancer might perform. The output I'm hoping to end up with is a relational database containing all the renewable energy certificates and their details. Hope this helps!

Not sure how you plan to analyze this data, but I could help you with that as well. I can provide a solution with python, hosted on the Google AppEngine. I can store the data and give you access to it through a login. With Open data, you typically want to provide a API/REST interface that gives a portal for others who may want to use it. To start, I'd recommend giving you a button that dumps the data into an Excel worksheet for your analysis. Anyways, we can discuss. Based in Toronto.
