I've been doing this for years, I can get it working for you fast and make sure it's compatible with your version of Python/etc. The first thing I'm going to need to know is how your data is laid out- what the repeating patterns are, etc. these need to be mapped for their variations and to make sure that the regexes I'm going to design will properly separate them and be able to match all of them. If you don't have this, we can discuss it and come up with a list, and that's what I'll deliver to you. I've bid over your budget because these problems usually seem bigger than they are, so I've budgeted an extra day in there in case it takes longer than expected to get all the kinks out.
