Über uns Wir entwickeln Lernkurse, um Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 7-17 Jahren Programmieren beizubringen. CodexPro ist ein internationales Team, das an der technologischen Revolution arbeitet. Wir möchten CodexPro als eine international anerkannte Marke etablieren. Für die Bildung von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Bereich der Informationstechnologie suchen wir daher ab sofort einen erfahrenen Mentor, für unsere Kursteilnehmer im Alter von 7-17 Jahren, um sie in die spannende Welt der Programmierung einführen. Das wartet auf dich • Live-Online-Unterricht visuell aufbereiteter Kurse • kleine Gruppen von 1-12 Kindern und Jugendlichen • Altersbereich vorrangig 7-12 Jahre (Scratch), 12-17 Jahre (Python), homogene Gruppen • Skripte und Lehrmaterialien vorhanden • Onboarding/ Training Dein Profil • du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Informatik/ Programmierung • du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Mentoring, Nachhilfe oder Ähnliches • du kannst gut mit Menschen umgehen und du bist kommunikativ • es bereitet dir Freude dein Wissen an Kinder und Jugendliche weiterzugeben • Sprache: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließend Englisch Wir bieten • ein junges und sehr engagiertes Team • eine sinnvolle Aufgabe für die Mitgestaltung der Zukunft junger Menschen • Flache Hierarchien mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen per „Du“ • Mitgestaltung eines jungen Startups, Raum für innovative Ideen • Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Entwicklung • Vertrauensarbeitszeit und Arbeit aus dem Home Office
