Easy-peasy python script

I need a python script using two input files: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and producing an output file: [login to view URL] In brief, this script should find some values in the input .csv file and write them into the input .pdb file, creating a modified .pdb file Here is the rule: - For each "Position" value in the .csv file, take the corresponding T% value (see attached files) - Add 100 and convert to [login to view URL] format - Use these [login to view URL] values to replace symbols 61-65 in those lines of the input .pdb file that have the same word #6 as the "Position" value in the .csv file. Example: The attached .csv file has the following columns: Position T% 1 0.82987552 2 -0.251077 3 8.98327034 … The script should first create: Position T%+100 1 100.83 2 99.75 3 108.98 … Then, the script should read the .pdb file, line by line, checking values for the word #6 and modifying these lines like this: If lines in the [login to view URL] look like this: ATOM 1 O5' A B 1 216.714 123.724 178.428 1.00160.83 O ATOM 6 O5' A B 2 216.714 523.724 278.438 1.00 90.83 O ATOM 9 O5' A B 3 216.714 623.724 178.428 1.00190.83 O The [login to view URL] should have them modified like this: ATOM 1 O5' A B 1 216.714 123.724 178.428 1.00100.83 O ATOM 6 O5' A B 2 216.714 523.724 278.438 1.00 99.75 O ATOM 9 O5' A B 3 216.714 623.724 178.428 1.00108.98 O (because the word #6 in this line is equal to 1, which corresponds to the "Prosition" value 1 in the the T%+1 to Position “1” in the input .csv file) Please feel free to chat if you have questions.
