Build me a Python Web app

I need you to build me a Python Web App. This Web app is already live and running but it is written in VB.net .I have access to the source code and the whole workflow of the program so gathering requirements will be purely based from the preexisting web app. A Brief About what the Web app is: This system concern about patients request workflow, where the patient make his request for medical items in the mobile app and do needed documents upload for verification . These request will appear to the supervisor where he/she will review the uploaded documents and either confirm or reject patient requests . then this acceptance goes to another level for further approval . the items of the requests will get it's prices from predefined price list. upon last approval it goes to the supplier in order to deliver the items to the patients and the patient will get an OTP for closing the request . Skills that The freelancer should have: - be able to read Arabic - have 5+ years experience in web development - have at least build and delivered 3 web apps
