Client Success Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION - Build a cutting-edge Client Success setup from early startup days - Shape the culture to ensure we never lose our client focus and compassion - Structure processes in Client Success in combination with Sales and Product Operations to ensure client satisfaction and great product delivery - Play an active part in defining and prioritizing new features for product development by ensuring a close ear to our clients - Strategic development, planning and monitoring the day-to-day operations of product operations and client success - Coordinate with colleagues from departments such as product and sales and provide constructive feedback to drive product performance - Evaluating the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and applying improvements - Evaluating the overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics OUR IDEAS - 1-2 years initial experience in a dynamic environment as startups, venture building, management consultancy or similar - (Very) good university track record - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset - Strong in communication - Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit - Full working proficiency in German and English
