iPhone Application to Initiate Call from dialer/contact list

I need an app that works similar to "Hoiio" on the iPhone market. The app should have 1) Dialer Which the user can select and make phone calls accordingly. 2) Contact list Which the user can select and make phone calls accordingly. 3) Call logs Which the user can select and make phone calls accordingly. 4) Intro page explaining the service The flow will be as follows: 1) User opens the app and understand the terms of use and details about the service om the first page 2) User can initiate phone call from either dialer, contact list or call logs. 3) Instead of initiating a normal call, a call will be made as follows * append *123* to the start of the number and # to the end. After that, call the number. If the number consist of + at the front, remove the +. (this call will be dropped, and the user will get a call back - but this part you do not need to handle) * If the attempted call is to 91830947, call *123*91830947# * If attempted call is to +191830947, call *123*191830947# 4) the app will then return to the origin page, and phone will wait for a call back. (you do not need to handle the callback, it is handles automatically on the backend)
