Hello there, I am a Mechanical engineer. I am not a rubber specialist but I have some contacts in cycle industries who manufacture rubber parts like engine mountings, hose pipes, cycle parts, cycle seats. I can take help from them from raw material to final product design. I'll do this project only when you provide all the details and only if I'll be able to do that.

I'm a night bicycle rider and have very powerful flashlight attached to the handlebar and can help a lot to develop a Great design for flashlight fixing. I am a mechanical engineer with Masters Degree in developing process of plastic components. I have experience in product development since 2009, involving all stages of product development such as product design, 3D design, prototype, material specification, the dimensional validation, product preparation for the injection mold and final adjustments. I have some product patent records. Working with engineering software UGS NX (Unigraphics) with capacity to make any form of 3D model, accurate assembly, engineering design, material list, templates, import and export any file extension. I made several courses related to development projects and planticos products injected with certificates. I was also a professor in engineering college where I worked technical drawing, computer aided design CAD (UGS NX) and injection mold designs.
