Design a modular rotating axis(360°) and tipping axis(~300°).( Please see the Pic) Just imagine you would build the Robot shown in the picture. How would the modular tipping axis look like?How would the modular rotating axis look like? All rotating axis should look the same. All tipping axis should look the same. Rotating an tipping elements should be attatchable to a round pipe to link them. Additional Information: -use the attatched engine(green part is the moving part). -bearing bush or ball-bearing -stiffness is important -light weight -free from backlash -constructed size as small as possible -easy and cheap to manufacture (best would be just lathe parts, try to prevent miller or welding) -30 Nm Torque Goal is do deliver a good concept, not a final production drawing. Dont spend thoughts on the shaft connection. I use NX, but you dont have to, as long as i can import it. Please share some first thoughts regarding the project in your application.
