*NOTE: I will likely accept the 1st (reasonable) proposal I from someone who can help right. away* In our factory, we have three workstations that we use to 'scan barcodes’ and in turn, we print a 'packing slip and UPS label' Very simple! But lately we have been having issues! So we are hoping someone can login remotely (3 in total, 1 at a time) and: - uninstall all HP apps/printers - reinstall/setup the proper printer - make sure it is running properly and there are no issues - review specs of computer/internet speed/other factors to give us your opinion on how 'optimized' we are *We can certainly be in contact while you are logged in remotely to facilitate the process* This is a one time project (which we need TODAY), but if we work together well, then we would be happy to make your our 'Go To Remote IT Manager!' thanks, Todd (Stupell Industries - Rhode Island, USA)

Hello, Plese let me know what issue you are facing right now. Print not coming or what. Also let me know how the printer is connected to the computer via USB cable or through LAN or Wifi? I can help you to uninstall printer drivers and reinstall the appropriate driver software Let me know the printer models Anydesk of 3 workstations etc We may need to reboot the computer after uninstalling the driver.
