Wordpress Multisite Integration and Fix BBPress Forum Issues

I have a WordPress multisite. The main domain is [login to view URL], and the two sub-domains are [login to view URL] and dating.christiangays.com. I am using Buddypress, BBPress, and Simple Membership to protect my pages. 1. I need integration of Simple Membership on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so that I can protect the pages on the sub-domains. 2. BBPress issue #1: SOME members are not recognized as being logged in, so they cannot access the forums. Other times they can. It is intermittent, and I don’t know if this is part of the Simple Membership integration issue or not. Probably not since it is intermittent. 3. BBPress issue #2: I had a coder create a Subscribe/Unsubscribe page for each of the forums so that my members could go through the list and check or uncheck the boxes, and then Save. It is not working. People can un-tick the boxes but it won’t save and so they cannot unsubscribe. Can you give me an estimate of how much you would charge to do all three jobs please and how long it would take to complete. I am looking for someone for ongoing work on this website and my budget is low, so please, nobody who charges more than $10/hr - maximum for this job is $75.
