I need a whatsapp API solution like a support system, where I can assign a whatsapp chat to a particular sales agent. Only that agent would chat with the client/lead no one else ( except us ) shold see the chat. Client/leads would chat with our whatsapp number But we would be able to assign that chat to a sales agent on our app or on sales agents' whatsapp. I have seen some solution to that but I would love to your solution.
