i want one hour of assistance in the app i programm

basically i need to call php code for example a simple php page inside a foreach loop and pass data into it via get ..the mechanism i use is header function . i want to pass data via get to the same page based on foreach loop let say for example 10 times header function calling is allowed only one time i have also tried [login to view URL] but it not works for me as well only senior programmers
