I want to make a online whatsapp bulk messaging system. The sending content required are messaging, pic, video etc. I will have the master reseller and I will have resellers and clients under me. It will be credit based system. I(master reseller) or the reseller is able to add or deduct credits of their clients. I will have whatsapp database(mobile numbers) available to client of every city in India(but client cant view or download the city number list). Client can select and send messages to the city number list. The client can see only the total/sum whatsapp mobile numbers only in the city number list) A report has to be generated by the client successful or failure total numbers(even here the city number list will not be visible) You should make provision for me to add/delete/manage/import channels in my master reseller. No milestone will be released until the system is fully working.
