Guten tag and hello :) I'm a UK engineer and used to work for a well-known US CCTV and IP Camera manufacturer called Tyco American Dynamics, along with Sony, Panasonic etc. We developed Windows based multi-camera (16 cameras), video recording, monitoring solutions for the public/government and private/corporate sector. You know- I'm pretty sure there are many solutions out there, which can offer you a ready-made solution, without having to reinvent the wheel..? But if you still want to go ahead and have software written from scratch, then I will need the make and model of the IP cameras you intend to use, so that I can determine their internal functional offerings, before adding to it, with a custom developed software.
