In order to send code to his phone number, a third part api called Twilio which is paid is needed. can you provide that? How will you manage points for the particular quiz type? Which criteria decides about the winning or loosing state of participant? Do you have logo and any design template to be used for the project? Will there be multiple choice questions? Which features will e there to make it real time? What is the total budget?
