I am looking for a skilled developer to create and install a service-based ERP software within a month on AWS server. The main functionalities include accounting, inventory, field service, CRM (with website integration for quotes and payment processing), Sales, and HRM. We are open to suggestions and willing to utilize open-source software. The solution should include a customer portal where quotes can be viewed, accepted, job status reviewed, and pay for services. Our general workflow is as follows: Lead website contact form submission or manual entry-automated reply to w/ link to project questionnaire-phone consult-client qualification-assign, schedule, and conduct project estimate-estimate acceptance-assign project scheduling- planning, resources planned/inventory reserved/material acquisition-pack-out/deliver materials -job start- job start documentation-departure photo documentation- job complete- assign admin to bill client-follow-up. From a field technician perspective, they will need the capability to notify client of eta via SMS, check-in/clock-in when arrival on site, document interventions or services provided, upload job photos, document inventory used on site, complete field worksheet. Less than 10 inventoried items, no inventory is sold but tracked and cost calculated to determine project profit and loss. Our services are priced based on a flat rate per square foot. We will need some training for the software, but ongoing support will be on a as need basis. Website should be revamped to intergrade with ERP. Skills and Experience Needed: - Strong experience in developing and installing ERP software - Proficiency in accounting, inventory, and field service management systems - Ability to provide training for software usage
