I developed the basic idea of a desktop software (attached) that can be used to do all the following without closing the application: 1) Prepare bidding documents (with option--radio button--to choose which type of document to use; 2) Multiple options for outputs (save in docx or pdf formats and send to email addresses in pdf format. 3) The software needs to provide a settings tab where user can input default information, such as names of signatories, letterhead/logo, office address and contact details. These pieces of default information shall be part of the documents that will be produced by the software. 4) The software shall be activated by license key and connected by API to the vendor website (which shall also serve as backoffice for members) where users can use to review real time data on how many of the email recipients have actually opened their emails and downloaded the attachments. The report shall include the date and time when the email was opened and the attachment downloaded.

Hello i'd like to clarify a few points: 1) You'd like to get a software for windows 2) Prepare bidding document. Does it mean that you'd like to have a bunch of templates, that you'd like to fill with the data (default or manual import) 3)The templates filled can be saved as docx/pdf, or sent as an email attachment 4) The users should be able to track the emails sent through online service. Notes from my side: If you want to track the downloaded attachments, then you should put the download link to our service. There is no other way. This means that you'll need to store all the tempates somewhere online. Better think about this feature, because it is expensive. (if you need this feature, then My bid +1000USD ) i am open for the deeper discussion. Best regards, Nick
