I have a site here: [login to view URL] I need 4 things done to it. 1. Need my logo added to the top left 2. Need an optin boxes added to two locations on the page Location 1. A side-by-side opt-in below the first image Location 2. Below the 2nd image, near the bottom of the page Note: Both opt-in forms must look like the form on this page: [login to view URL] (that's my site) 3. I want the background color and gradient a different blend 4. The page drags as it's loading (doesn't load smooth). Need to figure out "Why it drags" and Stop it from dragging. - VERY IMPORTANT 5. This page will be used on multiple sites of mine, so it needs to load faster and look smooth.
