I need someone who is good in algorithm models and machine learning to troubleshoot/rewrite scripts that match keywords in resume to job spec comparison with high accuracy. The current application I have has poorly written code in PHP. Either your troubleshoot the PHP Symfony code or rewrite the algorithm in python. You task is to write the algorithm plus the results report page and attach it in the current web application which is in PHP.
