we want someone to deploy a turnkey application that will make use of beacon technology so what we want as a scenario is the following: - we will put 2 beacons in 2 different places. each beacon will send a different sms - when the user come close to beacon1, he will receive HelloWorldA - when the user come close to beacon2, he will receive HelloWorldB we need full deploymnent of this, so beacons and any application needed are fully delivered full source code and documentation will be delivered by the end of the prject bids around 150-200usd are seriouisly considered *the cost of the 2 beacons (hardware) is not included in your bid, this is sometrhing that we will pay seperatelly
