Expert Wordpress developer needed - to be able to write to code level, editing and custom code will be needed

Please only bid if you are a professional Wordpress developer that works fulltime, can write custom code to a very high level. as such, you MUST have full developer skills to carry out the work below and you will do exactly as it says below in the steps to complete this project. This is not just about installing plugins to wordpress, you will need to read error logs and help optimise wordpress, woocommerce and plugin code to improve site performance. please read and confirm you can do ALL of the steps below. So this project is to fix the issues my site currently has, these are as follows - Working on a backup sub domain of the site so it can be worked on and not affect the current live website. THIS is VERY important. The database is becoming regularly corrupt, this needs fixing and the database optimising so queries work nice and fast potentially using automated jobs to correct/fix/repair/regularly. This will require working at a code level, potentially updating database queries by optimising them, will require knowledge of mysql queries, wordpress/woocommerce/plugin coding. You will need to explain in your bid how you plan to go about investigating this, how to troubleshoot, what tools you will use to see the problems that are manifesting themselves as high cpu usage (650% over use on an 8 cpu linux server). You may need to troubleshoot plugins which are causing the server excess load and slow the site down, so you need to find those plugins, troubleshoot them and fix the problems. optimise the site for page loading using cdn/cache tools to get a good load time under 3 seconds on every page and configure with stackpath (which cache plugin would you recommend and why?), which cdn provider would you recommend and why? CDN needs to be working with more than just images, site optimisation needs to include all aspects of the site (code and content) and fully optimised. Recommend a Plugin to improve image compression when uploading to media gallery - especially with new products in woocommerce, what plugin do you recommend for this, will it work with product images in woocommerce, what examples of sites have you used this on in the past? Would you recommend doing this for all images on the site currently? How would you do this so it does not slow down the site or affect site operations. Show improvements with each of the steps above so they can be tested and worked on and then deployed to the live site.
