Hello. Describe please some more details: waht kind of information to backup? For source code the best way is CVS/SVN/GIT usage, for databases the best way is replication. For any kind of files it's possible to use dropbox-like system. It's possible to setup your VPS with files storage and to use client for this storage on any platform: Win, Mac, Linux, Android, IOS. Hello, I have implemented and administered backup system in two companies. The system prepares files on Linux or Windows system and transferes them to remote cloud based virtual machine or cloud based NAS storage. Backup system can: - encrypt files with AES-265 encryption before transfer. - transfer full backup initially and smaller incremental backups later to preserve bandwidth and space on destination. - Full-Incremental backups can be configured according to our/your needs. - Transfer backups to FTP servers, cloud based storage, WebDAV, Amazon S3 or any machine accessable via SSH. - Filter out files which will be backuped. E.g. only all XML files. Regarding my previous work I think I am competent to help you with your project.
