I need to create a Chatbot for reservations of Medical Services. The application has the following requirements: 1. Connect to a database that contains customer information. 2. Retrieve customer data and offer information on the categories of services. 3. The client can select the medical services to require. 4. The system allows showing the available hours of services. 5. The system allows the user to make the appointment reservation. 6. The system requests confirmation of availability. 7. The system confirms the reservation in the event that the request is authorized. The chatbot must have an integration layer through WS to the back office, framework to chatbot and integration with Whatsapp through an API. The complete code must be submitted. The use of Open Source Software is preferably required.

From what I have read , there are only a few more things that needs answering so that I can understand your deployment. So let me elaborate on that . Can you please tell me what type of API you will be using for Data set ( IF ANY ) , Can you tell me the type of Server you have ? and of course what type of CRON it supports?
