The app was started in Ruby on Rails for my Samsung Tab 4 and a website used to push data collected from the tablet pushes to a website where the collected data is stored. The Website is designed as a Recruiting Tool and Tracking and Database Collection Tool for my School I need someone who is good at RUBY ON RAILS, App Graphic Design, PHP and MYSQL.
