clinical comment points system - open to bidding

points system for clincalcomments code required register users of facebook as part of my platform clinical comment. then register a special select few as consultants. All users can post pictures and videos (and text)and choose who should comment. All users are awarded points (eg 300 points) and as they post pictures videos (and texts) their points are deducted. eg 4 points deducted per post. When consultants chosen either by the person who posted or automatically by the app comment on the post, they have points awarded (eg 75% of the deducted points that is eg. 3 out of the 4 points in the case above). 25% of the deducted points(that is 1 point in the case above are lodged with the administrator as points retained.
