Build a Simple RESTful API With Laravel 7 Using JWT For Token Generation With Admin Panel

I will like an experience Laravel developer to build a simple RESTful API for my application called WEKAP which will be used by my users to call two (02) methods in my Laravel Application WEKAP via the API (e.g PayViaA and PayViaB). The implementation of these methods will be done in phase 2 of the project. Users should be able to sign up (Form fields include: Business Name, Email, Mobile Number & Password) but their account is INACTIVE until checked and approved by an Admin. Upon approval of their account, an API Client ID and Client Secret Key is send to their user. This client ID and Secret key will be used by the users via in his/her own application to request for a Bearer Token. This token will then be used to authenticate each request send by user's application via our API when making calls to the Methods PayViaA and PayViaB. Users should be able to login into our WEKAP client portal and view their API Activity Logs, a Dashboard to display all Transactions, a Balance Amount & Pending Payout Amount in WK. Also, users should be able to set a Payout Mobile Number, update email, password and contact phone number. CLIENT PORTAL: 1 - Dashboard for transaction history, account balance and pending payout balance 2 - Setting Menu to update email, password and contact phone number 3 - Payout menu to set Payout Phone Number (can be edited by needs to be approved from admin panel) 4 - API Menu for displaying Client API ID and API Key 5 - Payout Table to display payout history and status ADMIN PORTAL: 1 - Dashboard to view Transactions history 2 - Manage users menu (CRUD) 3 - Manage API Keys (with option to regenerate a new API details for a user) 4 - Manually Process Payouts by setting status as Completed. 5 - Settings for Admin User I think this will be all for Phase 1 of this project.
