I require a system similar to Google Now's "depart for meeting" notification. This system however will be used for purposes of managing a fleet. Vehicles currently get booking requests for future-dated deliveries, but sometimes tend to arrive late for these deliveries. The platform I require should be able to do the following; - The system should have an interface where all future-dated bookings are logged (the process of logging the trips can be done manually as a start) - Each logged trip is to be linked to a specific vehicle. This linking can either be done via the vehicle's on-board tracking device or the on-board smart device (Android). (The linking of trips can also be done manually). - The system should then continually compare the location of each logged vehicle to its allocated delivery location. There should then be an output that shows how early/late the logged vehicles will be for their deliveries (e.g. by using the Google Maps API for predictive travel time).
