After host moving, I get server errors 403 for some pages

The website is a business directory. There is a process that someone could list his business and pay online. After host moving, the redirection to paypal or to checkout page (for another way of payment) is getting server error 403. Host provider says that this is a problem of the theme or some plugin. Theme developer says that this is a problem of host provider. Until now I cannot find the problem and I have done every troubleshooting possible. (deactivated all plugins also).
