Installed and works perfectly: Wordpress 4.5 Gravity forms Version 1.9.15.16 Gravity pdf Version 3.7.5 Gravity Forms Sticky List Version 1.4.1 From backend- "gravity form" with "gravity pdf" has a feature to shows pdf from "entry list" at the "admin page". With sticky-list, we're able to show "entry list" at the "public page" I need to have extra link from Sticky List option to show "view pdf" from front end [login to view URL]
