Add Custom Fields to WooCommerce Products to GET/POST/PUT from Rest API

I'm working on a decoupled WordPress website, so I have a plugin where I have custom endpoints to POST/GET/PUT data from WordPress. I need a way to add Custom Fields to WooCommerce Products and be able to get, post and update those custom fields. I already tried with some plugins: Advanced Custom Fields with the ACF to Rest API plugin complement, Metabox Custom Fields and Pods Custom Fields, in all of them I can create the Custom Fields and when I send a GET request with Postman I see the custom fields, but when I try to POST/PUT new values, they are ignored or I get an error. I need someone to help me through chat or using my computer with Teamviewer to setup a plugin correctly or with native code in order to have the POST/GET/PUT requests working.
