User Registration and Profile Development with PHP Yii

We have a project requiring the User registration and profile functionality to be outsourced to an experienced Yii developer. The functionality as module/extension will require you to develop the functionality based on the following: Yii version: Yii 2: 1. Allows user to register themselves onto the system 2. An external verification code process to determine the entered contact details 3. An onscreen image verification process 4. Registers appropriate Yii EVENTS. 5. Sends notifications to a designated email address upon verified registration 6. Sends welcome email/sms to the new registered user 7. Allows user to apply for a Seller account 8. Build or improve on existing User related database tables 9. Administration functions to track, ban, create and approve Users 10. Administration functions to track, ban, create and approve Sellers applications 11. Self administration page for Users and Sellers to change address, contact details and profile 12. Yii Profile Widget 13. Documented Testing 14. Documentation FURTHER BACKGROUND -The full requirement and specification document will be given on the successful bidder. -For the right developer this will turn into a stable long term partnership with further modular work -IP and copyrights will be unconditionally assigned to us Payment: -Milestone payments will be created on progress. -Contract must be signed in order for project to be regarded as completed. -Release of payments only on completion of project, not for achieving milestones -Full payment will be released to you within 48 hours after the project is satisfied, approved and contract signed.
