Website Redesign/Expansion

We are looking for a talented designer/programmer to help us redesign our site. This opportunity has the potential to turn into an ongoing relationship. We currently have a functional website that needs to be updated/expanded. This work will include: - Redesigning the layout of the website to increase the visual appearance/user functionality. - This site has a landing page that feeds to approximately four sub-sites, however each of these will be identical in design. You will not be responsible for installing the actual content of these sub-sites, just laying out the design - Better integrate social media plugins that are already installed on the site - Integrate a site-wide search function - Ensure that the site is Iphone/Android ready You must be talented in the design area and be able to turn over a professional looking design to us. I have another site that has the same layout that we desire and you can use it to model our new design. We can handle publishing the specific content for each page, we just need you to code us a complete template that is ready to be installed on our servers.
