Port Wordpress theme and data to new server + bug fix

Hi, I urgently require the help of a wordpress genius. I have a website that is currently being hosted on 1and1 shared webspace. I have just signed up with Media Temple to be the new provider for the site but need help moving across. There is not much data on the site (5 posts in all) to move, but I need someone that is capable of doing this efficiently. All plug-ins needs to be moved across to the new host. There are a few layout bugs that need to be fixed, I will discuss them with the winning bid. One of the features the website has is that a slideshow is created with each post. The problem is that I've registered and have a key but am unsure of where to insert it to stop visitors that click the slide on the homepage being taken to the vendors site.
