For our property website we need a PHP coder. There are two sorts of communications: "Enquiries for sale & Enquiries for Reservations/Bookings" depending on the data added: "for sale or for rent". All needs to be controlled or set in the admin panel. The work contains: 1) Insert a choice "for sale or for rent or both" which set the upload path to follow. 2a) Repair or "fine-tune" the PHP-structure and track or create some "new" field to add information or to display on the site. (mainly links) 3) Create a simple email-system in admin and create a form. We use this "form" in different places throughout the site (contact, newsletters, etc.) but also for enquiries (linked to property owners email address, etc.) 4) Create a simple index-system in admin linked to shop, properties, etc. So we need a coder who first spent some time to study the sites structure before he starts the job!
