Listing Multiuser Marketplace

Need someone to finish a halfdone marketplace website for me. Design wise is almost completed. Here's the remaining work for the project 1. Ticker on homepage (dynamic) 2. jQuery carousel on the homepage 3. Scroller on homepage (some problems on display while scrolling) 4. Adding/load more products after the scrolling the page 5. Point calculation and usage 6. Category linking (each category that user like will be posted to facebook newsfeed) 7. Image resizer (according to width) 8. Product payment - escrow system- using PayPal. 9. Product delivery and delivery code confirmation (integration with Pos Laju other major shipping companies. 10. Double facebook login problem 11. Tweet and pin product 12. Admin panel modification (as according to my mail and organization with payment and statistic panels 13. Header management (on index page after the user login) 14. Meet the Seller 15. Facebook commenting system on category page (each category) 16. Some minor layout touch upon finishing.
